Brioche Pasquier, a family-owned French baker since 1936 and one of France’s leading brioche bakery, bakes delicious brioche classics using family recipes and preservative free, trans-fat free, non-GMO ingredients. Brioche Pasquier entered the U.S. market in 2012 with the acquisition of award-winning, Northern California based luxury dessert company, Galaxy Desserts. Carousel Patisserie was founded by French pastry chef Jérémy Mullet, who began baking in his grandmother’s kitchen and studied patisserie from age 15. After working across Europe, he settled in San Francisco in 2019 and fulfilled his dream of opening his own patisserie with his wife Claire.
Their mission: to bring the flavors of France to San Francisco using classic techniques and organic ingredients to craft high-quality traditional French desserts.
“El Sur”, meaning “the South” in Spanish, specializes in Argentinian-style empanadas. Originally started out of a 1970 Citroen H-van imported from France, El Sur has now grown to a commercial kitchen and cafe in Redwood City, and a substantial catering operation serving the entire Bay Area. Their empanadas are handmade with only the best, locally sourced ingredients.
Grégoire Jacquet, with over 40 years of French culinary training, created the Culinary Food Truck to blend quality dining with a refined food truck experience. Inspired by his early days working with food trucks in France, he designed this one from scratch to match the standards of a top restaurant. The truck features a separate kitchen and cashier area for safety and efficiency, four fridges for fresh ingredients, and a welcoming pick-up window. "I wanted to offer a better customer experience—no more tilting heads or bug screens. Let’s take care of our guests," says Jacquet.
Douceur Elise brings the warmth of French tradition to San Francisco, inspired by co-founder Fabrice’s grandmother, Elise. Named in her honor, the brand celebrates the cherished ritual of “quatre-heures” with handmade biscuits based on the classic Petit Beurre recipe from 1886.
Founded by Fabrice and Laurent—childhood friends from a small French village—Douceur Elise is a family-driven project rooted in nostalgia, craftsmanship, and the joy of sharing simple, meaningful moments.
Bouche is part restaurant, part wine bar, and a story of passion. Opened in 2011 by Guillaume Issavendens, it soon became a shared project with Julie Fulton, who built its clientele and developed her expertise in wine.
In 2022, Guillaume passed the torch to Julie and longtime friend Jeremy Blaringhem. After years of travel and collaboration, their dedication and vision made them the natural choice to carry on Bouche’s legacy.
