Brioche Pasquier, a family-owned French baker since 1936 and one of France’s leading brioche bakery, bakes delicious brioche classics using family recipes and preservative free, trans-fat free, non-GMO ingredients. Brioche Pasquier entered the U.S. market in 2012 with the acquisition of award-winning, Northern California based luxury dessert company, Galaxy Desserts. “El Sur”, meaning “the South” in Spanish, specializes in Argentinian-style empanadas. Originally started out of a 1970 Citroen H-van imported from France, El Sur has now grown to a commercial kitchen and cafe in Redwood City, and a substantial catering operation serving the entire Bay Area. Grégoire Jacquet, with over 40 years of French culinary training, created the Culinary Food Truck to blend quality dining with a refined food truck experience. Inspired by his early days working with food trucks in France, he designed this one from scratch to match the standards of a top restaurant. The truck features a separate kitchen and cashier area for safety and efficiency, four fridges for fresh ingredients, and a welcoming pick-up window. "I wanted to offer a better customer experience—no more tilting heads or bug screens. Let’s take care of our guests," says Jacquet.

The VGS Chateau Potelle 2022 Pinot Noir is sourced from the organically farmed Reuling Vineyard in the Sonoma Coast AVA. Known for its Burgundian style, this small-production, 100% French oak-aged Pinot features delicate aromas of pomegranate and ethereal red fruit.

From a 500-year-old family estate, this impressive rosé comes from hand-harvested, 70-year-old vines and is vinified naturally without SO2. The result is a round, versatile wine with notes of red fruit, melon, and rhubarb, backed by a subtle herbal finish and bright acidity.

A blend of the Appellation’s four grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, Aligoté), the wine is congenial, rounded and full, with a varied bouquet. A thirst-quencher, it is our easiest-drinking Crémant, clearcut, clean with a lovely freshness.

As much as we love the crus of Beaujolais, like the two below, exceptionally well-made regional reds can also deliver wonderful expressions of Gamay. And no one produces finer AOC Beaujolais than Ghislaine and Stéphane Dupeuble. Delicate, lithe, and floral, this red is brimming with bright aromas of cranberries, pomegranate, and turned earth, and is a great candidate for your next picnic.

Licence IV is a brand of French wine, known for its accessible and approachable style, available in white, rosé, and red varieties. The "Rouge" (red) offering is typically a Cinsault, known for its light and fruity character.

Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rosé, in effect, the maceration is so light that this wine is better interpreted as a white with a touch of extra texture from the brief skin contact. Native yeast fermentation in 228L barrels.

The grapes from Extra Libre come from 30+-year-old, estate vines primarily from the 1st and 3rd terraces within Cahors, as well as the plateau with limestone. The largest plot consists of colluvial limestone; the two other plots are a mixture of pebble stones and ferruginous red sands on the top and siliceous earth and clay on the bottom.

Concentrated blend, usually aged to bring out rich stone fruit, vanilla, and chocolate notes.

Kronenbourg 1664 is generally reviewed as a refreshing and crisp Euro pale lager with a balanced flavor profile. It is known for its subtle malt sweetness, delicate hoppy aroma, and clean finish.
